Back from the weeds
I’ve been so busy preparing “Project Rally” for Tech Ed that I didn’t really have time to blog. As many of you already know, our super secret project was a BattleBot powered by .NET. We named it The Finalizer, and it was featured in one of the demos in Paul Flessner’s keynote at Tech Ed in Orlando. You can find out more about it (including see pictures and download the code) at the official Finalizer website. Or, you can check out the Microsoft press release.
The fun isn’t over for The Finalizer, though. It will be appearing in Seattle on July 13th, then it’s off to Atlanta on July 22nd. Alas, our bid to attend Tech Ed Amsterdam fell short. Once things settle down, the ASPSOFT team is going to take The Finalizer on a mini road show to the Florida .NET user groups. It should be pretty fun.
